KG TANAH JAMBU, Thursday, 20 November 2025 – The 15th RBAF Command and Staff Course (CSC) had the honour of hosting Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, for a leadership dialogue. The dialogue provided profound insights into how a small nation like Brunei Darussalam navigates an increasingly complex security landscape. His remarks underscored that Brunei Darussalam’s strength lies not in size, but in its values, stability, and ability to remain relevant amid regional and global change.
The Commander of RBAF emphasised the importance of adaptive leadership at every level of command and highlighted how education and professional military courses such as CSC play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic thought of officers ensuring they are prepared to meet evolving challenges with clarity, confidence, and professional judgement.
The session concluded with an engaging question-and-answer segment with the cohort, followed by a presentation of a token of appreciation to the Commander of RBAF and a group photo.
