TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 28 January 2022 – A Meet and Greet event was held at the Defence Academy’s Ceremonial Hall hosted by the local course participants of the 12th Command and Staff Course (CSC).
The
event was conducted to officially welcome 15 international course
participants along with their families to the Sultanate. It was also
utilised to showcase Bruneian culture in which some of the highlights
were to introduce local delicacies of Brunei’s four districts, a
traditional music ‘Gulingtangan’ performance and traditional dances.
Furthermore,
the event also provided opportunities for all CSC participants with
their families at the early stage to be better acquainted with each
other throughout the 10 months journey.
Joining
the participants at the event as guest of honour was Colonel Pengiran
Sharifuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusof, Commandant of Defence Academy RBAF,
senior members from Defence Academy sub-units as well as the Directing
Staff and families.
