TANAH JAMBU, Monday 13 May 2019 – Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Md Yussof, Second Minister of Defence, Brunei Darussalam today delivered a Keynote Address on “Addressing the Contemporary Strategic and Security Environment” to the 9th Command and Staff Course (CSC 9) at the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces. The Second Minister of Defence was welcomed by the Commandant of Defence Academy, Colonel Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan.
